P K Muthusamy, writer-lyricist in centenary year -- did not want to be a burden to mankind

P K Muthusamy died at the age of 100 as a poor man, living all alone at his village near Rasipuram. He wrote about 60 Tamil film songs but also created a sensation by making a plagiarism charge against his former chief minister and film-world colleague M Karunanidhi
